I had a fantastic time at the resort with easy access to the beach and multiple pools that kids loved. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which really enhanced my stay. However, the check-in experience was frustrating due to issues with the room conditions, and the staff could be more accommodating when addressing concerns. Overall, it was a fun family getaway despite a few hiccups.
